  1. 1 . Chia seed/ biji chia 2sdt.
  2. 2 . Susu Almond/mete/soya 1/2 gelas.
  3. 3 . Buah segar (ex: nanas, mangga, anggur strawbery dll).

Langkah Memasak Chia pudding

  1. Tuangkan chia seed ke jar/ mangkuk/ gelas yg mau dipake.
  2. Tuangkan susunya kemudian diaduk merata.
  3. Diamkan kurang lebih 5-15 menit (disini kita tahu kl kualitas chiaseed nya baik pasti dlm 5 menit itu dia udah keluar gel nya dan mulai mengembang, kalo sampe 15 menit atau lebih dia belom mengembang mungkin besok2 kamu perlu ganti merk chiaseednya :)).
  4. Setelah mengembang dan keluar gelnya, aduk lagi merata biar ngga menggumpal, baru deh dikasih topping sesuka mu.
  5. Masukkan lemari pendingin, santap keesokan harinya :)).
  6. Catatan: biasanya buah yg dipakai topping adlh buah yg seger yg kaya mineral sm vitaminnya, bukan berkarbo ex: pisang * sengaja bahannya cuma 3, tanpa tambahan gula/ madu atau pemanis lainnya, why? Karna waktu bikin susu udah ada gula/ madunya. * Buat mereka yg lagi diet gula nya bisa diganti madu atau kurma.
