  6. Setelah diistirahatkan, kempiskan adonan dan timbang menjadi 16 masing² 40gr an..
  7. Isi tiap² adonan dengan isian sesuai selera. Tata pada loyang yg sudah dialasi kertas roti dan dioles margarin tipis². Istirahatkan kembali adonan selama ±30 menit. Jangan lupa ditutup lagi dgn kain bersih..
  8. Beri taburan tepung terigu yg diayak di atas adonan menggunakan saringan..
  9. Oven hingga matang selama ±30 menit..
