  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 3 Tbsp. honey, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 Homemade Tortillas or store-bought 8-inch flour tortillas
  • Unsalted butter, melted, for brushing

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the pistachios, orange zest, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add the honey to the nut mixture and stir well to combine.
  3. Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle the nut mixture evenly over the top.
  4. Cut each tortilla once along one radius, then fold the flap over onto the next quarter. Repeat this two more times to create a stack.
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brush it with melted butter.
  6. Cook both stacks in the skillet until golden, about 30 seconds to 1 minute per side.
  7. Cut each stack into wedges and serve topped with additional chopped pistachios, orange zest, and a drizzle of honey if desired.
