How to Make Raspberry and White Chocolate Rice Krispie Bars

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  2. Add the Rice Krispies to the marshmallow mixture and mix until evenly coated.
  3. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  5. Allow to cool for about 1 hour in the refrigerator until set.
  6. Cut into 12 bars and serve.
