  4. Stir in the washed chard or spinach and remove the pan from heat.
  5. Preheat your oven to 160°C/140°C Fan/Gas 3.
  6. Once the beans are cooked, drain them and mix them with the tomato and chard sauce. Add 2 more tablespoons of olive oil and the chopped parsley and mint.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a casserole pan. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and bake in the oven for 35–40 minutes or until the beans are tender and the sauce is thickened and bubbling.
