Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, and cornstarch until fully combined.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add the sliced steak to the skillet in batches. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes in total. Transfer the steak to a plate when done.
