Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread and apples, stirring gently to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the pudding is set and golden brown on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm from the oven with ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce. It pairs well with whipped cream. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Reheat before serving if desired.
