Method
 

Preparation
  1. Core and chop the red apple into small chunks, keeping the skin on.
  2. Add the chopped apple and frozen banana to a high-speed blender.
  3. Pour in the almond milk and add ground cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. If desired, add rolled oats for texture.
Blending
  1. Blend all ingredients until you achieve a thick and creamy mixture.
  2. If too thick, add more milk or ice cubes to adjust the consistency.
Serving
  1. Spoon the smoothie into a bowl and smooth the surface.
  2. Top with thin apple slices, chopped walnuts, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  3. Add any additional toppings as desired.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use ripe apples and adjust sweetness according to taste. Experiment with toppings for variety.
