  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with granulated sugar and cinnamon until well-coated.
  3. Place the apple mixture in a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until the mixture is crumbly.
  5. Scatter the topping evenly over the apples.
Baking
  1. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  2. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
