Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the halved Brussels sprouts onto the baking sheet, spreading them out evenly.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Season with Kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Add chopped bacon to the baking sheet and mix with the Brussels sprouts in a single layer.
Roasting
  1. Roast the Brussels sprouts and bacon in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes.
  2. Toss the mixture once and return to the oven to roast for an additional 10-12 minutes or until golden-brown and crispy.
Finishing and Serving
  1. Toss the roasted Brussels sprouts and bacon with maple syrup and balsamic vinegar until well coated.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with flaky sea salt and an extra drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
