- Place the halved Brussels sprouts onto the baking sheet, spreading them out evenly.

- Season with Kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add chopped bacon to the baking sheet and mix with the Brussels sprouts in a single layer.
Roasting
- Roast the Brussels sprouts and bacon in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes.
- Toss the mixture once and return to the oven to roast for an additional 10-12 minutes or until golden-brown and crispy.
Finishing and Serving
- Toss the roasted Brussels sprouts and bacon with maple syrup and balsamic vinegar until well coated.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with flaky sea salt and an extra drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
