Ingredients
  

Smoothie Bowl Base
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup vanilla plant-based milk Adjust for thickness
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 medium frozen banana Use a very ripe banana for sweetness
  • 1-2 cups ice cubes Add more for thickness
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple Can substitute with mango
Toppings
  • 3/4 cup sliced strawberries Can substitute with blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoons cacao nibs
  • 2 Tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sliced bananas For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the smoothie bowl base ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, stirring as needed (it will be thick).
Serving
  1. Divide into bowls and add toppings.
  2. Enjoy chilled!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Best enjoyed fresh. If prepping ahead, keep toppings separate.
