Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 whole pre-made pizza crust
Toppings
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 whole red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • to taste fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
  2. Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
  3. Layer the shredded rotisserie chicken on top of the BBQ sauce.
  4. Add the thinly sliced red onion over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10-15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh cilantro if desired, slice, and serve.

Notes

BBQ Chicken Pizza can be served hot right from the oven. Pair it with a side salad or coleslaw. Customize toppings with bell peppers or jalapeños for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
