Preparation
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Cooking
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the pot. Bring to a boil.
- Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Serving
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To reheat, use a microwave or a pot over low heat, adding beef broth as necessary.
