  • 4 cups beef broth Low sodium recommended.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup egg noodles Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream For a richer taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Cooking
  1. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the pot. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  3. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To reheat, use a microwave or a pot over low heat, adding beef broth as necessary.
