  • 175 g frozen mixed berries, defrosted Use fresh berries when in season for better taste.
  • 340 g fat-free Greek yoghurt You can mix in a bit of honey or maple syrup to sweeten the yoghurt if desired.
  • 10 g flaked almonds, toasted Toast the almonds slightly to enhance their flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spoon the yoghurt into two glasses.
  2. Top with half the berries.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining yoghurt and berries.
  4. Sprinkle with the flaked almonds.
  5. Serve right away.

Notes

For extra taste and texture, you can add a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of granola on top. If you have leftovers, cover the glasses with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to two days, but it's best enjoyed fresh.
