Preparation
- Place the berries, apple, milk, yoghurt, oats, and nuts in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add 75-100ml cold water, a little at a time, to achieve a smooth consistency. Blend again.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
Notes
Serve chilled in a glass, topping with extra flaked almonds or berries for decoration. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 24 hours, stirring well before consuming.
