Glaze and Roasting
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard.
- Toss the prepared Brussels sprouts in the glaze mixture until coated.
- Spread the sprouts on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
- Once golden brown and tender, remove from the oven and top with optional toasted nuts before serving.
