Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Add the green food coloring to the dough and stir until evenly distributed.
Shaping and Baking
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion the dough and roll into balls.
- Dip the rounded side of each ball into the Christmas sprinkles, then place them sprinkle side up on the lined baking sheet, keeping them 2-3 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
