Method
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes until combined.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour the sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle sun-dried tomatoes over the chicken.
- Cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours, until the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Add butter during the last 30 minutes, stir gently, then garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
