Seasonings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare equipment.
  2. Heat a large pot over medium heat and drizzle in oil.
  3. Add chopped chicken or pork; brown until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  4. Toss in chopped onions, carrots, and peppers; soften for about 3 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Stir in diced tomatoes, corn, potatoes, and seasonings.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and mix well.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
  4. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking; adjust seasoning as necessary.

Notes
