For the mixture
  • 1 cup peanut butter Use creamy or crunchy peanut butter based on your choice.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Add more for a sweeter taste if desired.
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
For the coating
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Can substitute with white chocolate for a different taste.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil Helps to melt the chocolate smoothly.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and crushed graham crackers until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  4. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.
  5. Return the chocolate-dipped balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze and separate layers with parchment paper to avoid sticking.
